How a partnership works

No seat fees. No lock-in. One conversation to begin.

Setup
No setup fee. White-label brand portal goes live in under a fortnight from contract signing — we configure your subdomain, upload your logo and palette, and walk one of your team through it.
Fees
£0.80 per piece, billed monthly to the brand. The studio's repair fee is between the brand and the studio — STORI takes nothing from that.
Revenue share
No revenue share on the studio's repair work. STORI's only revenue from a brand partnership is the per-piece fee above and the optional brand-statement-processing fee (1.4% of statement total, capped at £40 per statement) when STORI handles consolidated billing for the partnership.
Data
The brand sees its own pieces only — the ones logged against its partnership, with the customer's consent. The brand never sees customer contact details unless the customer opts in. The brand can export its piece records as JSON or PDF at any time, and the data continues to belong to the brand and the customer; STORI processes it on their behalf.
