Jobs, end to end tracking.
Every piece on the bench has its own record — intake condition, photographs, bench notes, dispatch. Your whole studio in one place.
STORI is an omnichannel business hub — an all-in-one CRM channel. Your quotes, job tracking, invoicing and communications live in one app, so you’re not switching between channels.
Every piece on the bench has its own record — intake condition, photographs, bench notes, dispatch. Your whole studio in one place.
Build multi-line quotes. Customers and brands approve line-by-line, leave comments, send revisions. The job total reflects only what was approved.
Inbound and outbound legs, multi-recipient parcels, bought labels with tracking. Or keep doing Royal Mail counter and just log the number.
Invoice a single job or several together, the moment you're ready — no fixed cycle. VAT-aware, credit notes first-class, sequence numbers you control.
Owner, manager, finance, bench, view-only. Bench staff see their own assigned jobs; finance sees invoicing; owners see everything.
Every change — every approval, every line edit, every dispatch — written to an immutable log. Export at any time.
Plus £0.50 per piece that moves through your studio — covers hosting, the database, our support, and the postage-label integration. VAT, where chargeable, is added at checkout.
No. Most studios start by logging only their highest-value pieces — restorations over £200, or any piece going to a brand partner. The book builds itself. By month six, most of our pilot studios are logging everything, but that's a choice, not a setup requirement.
Solo plans start at £29/month for one user and 30 pieces a month. Studio is £89/month, three users, 200 pieces. Atelier is £249/month, unlimited users and pieces, and includes brand-portal access. There's no setup fee and no per-piece charge on the Solo and Studio tiers.
The intake form takes ninety seconds for a piece you've never seen, less if the customer is already in your book. Photographs are the slowest part, and you decide how careful to be. Most studios spend longer on the conversation than on the form.
Your data is yours. We've published our wind-down commitment publicly: 90 days' notice, a one-click full export of every record (PDFs of certificates, JSON of the structured data, originals of every photograph), and an option to migrate to a self-hosted instance of the open-source reader. We'd rather not, but if it ever happens, you keep the book.
Yes. Studio plans and above let you upload your branded header and footer; STORI fills in the line items and totals. You can also opt into our default template, which uses the studio's name and address but our typesetting.
STORI handles UK VAT (20%) automatically when you're VAT-registered (toggle in Settings → Invoicing). We generate compliant invoices, keep them for the statutory six years, and export your VAT-relevant figures to a quarterly summary you can hand to your accountant. We don't yet file Making Tax Digital returns directly — that's on the roadmap for autumn 2026.
No. We don't sell or rent any data, and we don't use studio or customer data to train models. The only data that leaves your account is the data you choose to share — with the customer (their logbook) or the brand partner (the pieces they consigned). Everything else stays in your studio.
Yes. Settings → Address book has a CSV export. Your customers' data is yours, not ours — we're processing it on your behalf, not building a list. The export covers names, emails, phones, addresses, and the pieces each customer is associated with.
You can edit any field on a piece for 24 hours after it was logged, no questions asked. After that, edits are still possible but they're recorded as an amendment in the audit trail — the original entry remains visible. Photographs and structured fields can be added at any time without amendment, since they extend the record rather than rewrite it.
We’re inviting a small cohort of restorers onto STORI ahead of public launch. Leave your email and we’ll write when your studio’s turn comes round.
